How to use it

• Diffuser / aroma lamp: 3–5 drops per 100 ml water (adjust to preferences).

• Massage (diluted only!): 1–2% essential oil in carrier oil (10–20 drops per 100 ml vegetable oil).

• Aromatic bath: 3–5 drops previously mixed with a teaspoon of vegetable oil/bath salt.

• Room spray: ~20 drops per 100 ml water + vegetable alcohol; shake before each use.

• Successful blends: lavender, peppermint, eucalyptus, tea tree, ginger, cedar.
